Thirty individuals face drug charges in Pennsylvania

Accused individuals should never take drug charges lightly. The Attorney General recently announced the arrest of 30 alleged drug dealers for the shipment and sale of $1.6 million of crystal methamphetamine. Allegedly, the drugs were shipped from drug dealers in other states to the accused network of 30 drug dealers, who then allegedly sold the drugs. In total, 35 pounds of crystal meth were allegedly sold.

Drug charges require a strong criminal defense

The consequences for Pennsylvania drug charges are severe and should not be considered lightly. Drug charges can result in incarceration, as well as a criminal record that can threaten employment and education prospects for accused individuals. Accused individuals have important rights that they should be aware of and protect. These rights can include search and seizure rights, as well as others, and can form the basis of a criminal defense if violated.

What is the definition of rape?

Rape is a serious accusation and rape charges carry significant potential penalties and consequences. Rape is defined as non-consensual sexual intercourse through physical force, threat of injury or duress. In today's legal system, the crucial element of a rape charge is the victim's lack of consent to intercourse. It is important to keep in mind that a victim may be unable to consent due to the influence of drugs or alcohol.
